All of it. The Character Bible (step 1) is where you make the major decisions: who is this persona, what do they sound like, what do they talk about. We guide you through it with our framework, but the persona is yours.
Yes. Once the project is complete, all generated assets (images, voice files, videos, etc.) are 100% yours to use, sell, license, or evolve. No royalties, no licensing fees, no strings.
Yes — our optional retainer service handles ongoing content production, voice refinement, and persona evolution. Pricing is scoped to your needs and discussed during onboarding.
We can scope that, but honestly — if you don't want the AI persona, the Founder Kit ($497) probably fits you better. The Brand Build service exists because AI personas are the differentiator. Without it, you're paying agency rates for a regular website.
We build iteration into every project. You'll see the first character generations during the Character Bible phase — before we commit to producing a full library. We revise until you're 100% in. The locked persona is the persona we move forward with.
Yes. 50% upfront to begin, 50% on delivery is the default. For larger projects, we can split into 3 payments. Discussed during discovery.
