By using ctrlflowtech.ai or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Ctrlflow.tech provides:
Our website templates are delivered as downloadable ZIP files containing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and documentation files.
All digital product sales are final. Because templates are delivered as digital files that cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds on template purchases unless there is a technical defect that prevents the template from loading in a modern browser.
If you experience a technical issue, email us at ctrlflow.ai@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
For custom web development and automation projects:
Website templates: You receive a single-use license to use, modify, and deploy the template for one website or client project. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template itself. Ctrlflow.tech retains ownership of the base template code and may sell the same template to others.
Custom projects: Upon final payment, you own the design and content of your custom project. Ctrlflow retains the right to display the work in our portfolio (with your permission) and to reuse non-client-specific code components.
You agree to:
Ctrlflow.tech's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Individuals who refer or resell Ctrlflow services under our network affiliate program agree to:
Either party may terminate a custom project engagement with written notice. If Ctrlflow terminates, you will receive a prorated refund for work not yet started. If you terminate, you are responsible for payment of work completed to date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
